In 1988, Bill Reschlein had an idea of a dual plate catcher for use in a component stacker to hold stacks of product die-cut from a continuous sheet of material.  Bill's idea later became known as a "stacker hinge".  That same year Bill and Joyce Hehir established Raco Enterprises LLC.  Their first hinge was a single flap stacker hinge soon followed by a double flap stacker hinge. 

 

In 2010, Scott Hehir and Tom Hehir joined the family business forming Raco Enterprises LLP.  They continue to provide thermoforming customers with Bill's  quality, durable steel Stacker Hinges (U.S. Patent #5,391,049).
